Selection Process

Written Test: All applicants take a written exam to assess their knowledge. Those who score high enough on the merit list (typically three times the number of vacancies) will move on to the physical tests.
Physical Tests: This stage consists of two parts:
Physical Measurement Test: This verifies that candidates meet the minimum height, chest, and vision requirements.
- Physical Efficiency Test: This assesses candidates’ stamina and agility through tasks like running, jumping, and climbing.
- Document Verification: Candidates who pass the physical tests must present their original documents to confirm the information provided in their applications.
After document verification, candidates rank their preferences for posts, districts, circles, and divisions. The final selection considers both the merit list from the written exam and the candidates’ preferences.
